Doors By Deborah Anne accepts Paypal. Please make payments within 48 hours of making your purchase. If payment is not confirmed or we do not receive word from you within 48 hours item will be re-listed.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If for any reason you decide to cancel a custom size project after you place your order, you have 3 business days to cancel your order to receive a full refund for total amount paid.

Should you choose to cancel after the 3 business day time allowance, we will charge 25% of the total amount.

CHANGES

Changes to dimensions will not be accepted after 5 business days of placing your order. If changes are requested after this time period there may be an additional charge applied depending on the circumstance(s).

Please be sure the shipping address provided to us IS the correct address you want your items shipped to.

We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Freight shipping typically takes 3–7 Business Days. No weekend or holiday delivery.

Residential deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items before signing delivery receipts.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the custom nature of each door and furniture piece refunds are not offered.

We strive to work with each customer understanding their design, color, size and specific requests and needs.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If a customer is not happy with a purchase from Deborah Anne Designs every effort will be made to correct the situation.

Due to the custom nature of our doors and furniture pieces there are no refunds on custom orders.

Deborah Anne Designs’ doors are manufactured to withstand as much variation in temperature and humidity as possible.

Wood is a natural material and can contract and expand depending on climate conditions.

We strongly suggest that you do not expose wood pieces to extreme weather.

Professional installation of barn doors is highly recommended.

Because wood is a living material, it will expand and contract depending on environmental factors such as temperature.

If possible, run a dehumidifier in your home during the summer.

Deborah Anne Designs always recommends professional installation.
