  • Doors By Deborah Anne accepts Paypal. Please make payments within 48 hours of making your purchase. If payment is not confirmed or we do not receive word from you within 48 hours item will be re-listed.

    CUSTOM ORDERS

    If for any reason you decide to cancel a custom size project after you place your order, you have 3 business days to cancel your order to receive a full refund for total amount paid. Should you choose to cancel after the 3 business day time allowance, we will charge 25% of the total amount.

    CHANGES

    Changes to dimensions will not be accepted after 5 business days of placing your order. If changes are requested after this time period there may be an additional charge applied depending on the circumstance(s).

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE:

    Please be sure the shipping address provided to us IS the correct address you want your items shipped to. We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive. An additional shipping charge will occur if address changes are made after an item has shipped.

    Each item is packed with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition. Please remove your items from their packaging when you receive them. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally 3 day priority for hardware and handles and 3-7 day Freight Carrier for large items. Deborah Anne Designs is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

    FREIGHT SHIPPING

    Freight shipping typically takes 3-7 Business Days. No weekend or holiday delivery. Your order will be securely packaged for optimal protection and shipped via a Freight Carrier. If your delivery address is classified as Residential, the carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please provide your phone number to us upon ordering. Without a delivery appointment the carrier will not deliver to a residential address. The customer is responsible for making arrangements (including providing extra manpower) to move your product/order from the delivery vehicle to their final location. The driver is not responsible for transporting products. If you paid for lift gate delivery, the driver will provide curbside delivery to the curb of your driveway. Transit times on freight shipments generally range from 3-7 business days. Delivery dates are all estimates and are subject to change.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order for damage and specifications before signing the delivery receipt. If the customer does not note any damage to the order the customer is then responsible for any and all shipping costs back to Deborah Anne Designs.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Customer has the right to refuse shipment if for any reason their order has been damaged in any way. Please note the damage on the delivery receipt whether accepting the shipment or refusing the shipment. If the customer signs for and accepts the delivery despite any damage, the customer will be responsible to file claims with the shipping company. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS IF THEY ACCEPT THEIR SHIPMENTS.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    In the case of international shipments – Duties, fees, tariffs and custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with import lases in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained or returned by customs.

  • We love creating original pieces of work for all my customers. Due to the custom nature of each door and furniture peice refunds are not offered. We strive to work with each customer in depth understanding their design, color, size and specific requests and needs. We always ask you to please look over the invoice to assure that dimensions, colors and design styles are correct. We will always work with you assuring your are happy and in love with your door or furniture.

    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    The customer always comes first. If a customer is not happy with a purchase from Deborah Anne Designs every effort will be made to correct the situation. Due to the custom nature of our doors and furniture pieces there are no refunds on custom orders.

  • Deborah Anne Designs’ doors are manufactured to withstand as much variation in temperature and humidity as possible. The rails and stiles are made with wood that is assembled specifically to prevent warping and movement by crossing the direction of the grain in the wood.

    We do take a great deal of care prepping, jointing, finishing and sealing the wood we use for our doors. Wood is a natural material and it is constantly moving with temperature changes and humidity. During different seasons wood can contract and expand. When ordering from Doors By Deborah Anne please keep in mind we are selling real wood pieces that could potentially crack, shrink or bow. We believe any of these features (cracks, knots, bowing, gaps) just add to the beauty & uniqueness in each piece.

    We strongly suggest that you do not expose wood pieces to extreme weather or temperature.

    Doors by Deborah Anne recommends professional installation of barn doors and that you be sure to use a floor guides with barn doors.

    We will not offer refunds or exchanges if any of these instances are to occur.

  • Because wood is a “living thing,” it will expand and contract depending on environmental factors such as temperature. We strongly suggest that you do not expose wood pieces to extreme weather. If possible, run a dehumidifier in your home during the summer, especially if your door is installed in a basement.

    Deborah Anne Designs always recommends professional installation.
